How do you feel the treatment by PicoSure®?: PicoSure® provides energy in ultra-short doses, and patients often feel the laser pulse to a snap of a thin rubber band.
What type of post treatment care is necessary?: After the procedure, the treated area becomes tender. It is important to keep the area clean and avoid any irritation. We will provide additional post-care instructions and post-procedure product recommendations as needed to ensure rapid recovery.
How do I prepare for Picosure Treatment?: When you come in for treatment, be sure the area is clean and clean-shaven, you are not wearing any jewelry, and you are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.

After treatment, you will need to continue to protect the area with SPF 50 sunblock, as well as use post-treatment supplies such as a gentle skin cleanser and moisturizer as directed. Use ice packs every two hours for 20 minutes at a time for the first 24 hours after treatment as directed for swelling and discomfort. Do not scratch or scrub the treated area. The next day you can wear makeup and resume normal activities.
